Access your router through software or the IP address, you should be able to find that info in your router manual.
If you have a software firewall you may also have to fix that, the procedure would depend on which one you have.
Your best bet is to look at the manual for that as well.
 
As I mentioned it depends on the make and model of your router and/or the software you are using.
 
Sounds like maybe you should have a friend that knows computers come over and set you up.
The make and model of your router should be on your router, if you don't have one, then obviously you do not need to worry about a hardware firewall.
That leaves the native windows firewall and/or any software firewall installed, I don't know anything about Macfee Security Center, maybe read the manual on it to see if it includes a firewall.
