"Demand" negative amount of money in a war you won

According to this thread
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=178410

it is possible to "demand" a negative amount of money when you have won a war and pressed the "Demand tribute" button (I don't remember for sure what the text of the button is, but it is the "winning button" I mean).

According to Minusa this is what you do:

"1. Must have money to pay this offer
2. Country who you warring must have 25D (better 50D)
3. During offering peace click (and don't release) "+" sign to get 25D from them and hit "-" repeatedly on keyboard. After 3-4 try you get -25D and then change it to any sum you can afford

You also can sell your provinces for money this way."

The idea behind this is that if you get the game to accept your "manipulation" your war%-score increases (with 1% for each 50d I presume) and thus, if you add a lot of negative money to your peace proposal, your war score increases so much that you can e.g. ask for a province you would not be entitled to by your true warscore. Thus you have in practice bought a province from your opponent.

Minusa claims he has reported this a year ago but when I searched the list of current bugs (back into the 1.04-bugs) I could not find it in the list.

Yeah, it's a rather old bug. It works, but is rather tricky go get right...

It would indeed be nice if this bug was fixed.
