Greetings everyone!

It's something that has been requested for ages by some of you, so I'm happy to announce that we have once again an official merchandise store, with exclusive designs and good quality products for you to order! It's something that took some time to find the right partner for, and to set up, but here we are! Seriously, it's surprisingly difficult to find a good solution to ship physical products pretty much everywhere in the world, with the right level of quality, and without it being some sort of scam either for us or for our players.

We'll try this new solution this year and see how you like it. For now, you can find designs for Stellaris and World of Darkness, but we'll soon (normally next Month, but don't quote me on that) have more classic Paradox brands and new designs available. Buying merchandise here ensures all the profits go to Paradox, and the designs are done entirely in-house, but the store itself is operated by a partner, so if you have any practical questions or need support, reach out to them via the website (we won't be able to help here on the forums or via our own customer support).

I'm sorry to report that as of today, we've closed the official Paradox merch store.
We've ran the store for a year with our current merch partner, but we sadly couldn't see the numbers of sales that would cover the costs of running an expensive service allowing for the selling of merchandise worldwide. It's a challenging thing for a company our size to find a good solution for merchandise that allows to sell high quality products everywhere in the world, and we'll keep on looking for better options in the future!

Stay tuned, it's not the last you're hearing of Paradox merchandise, and in the meantime you can always find some cool stuff at our events like PDXCON!
 
Hey! I ordered 2 HOI4 shirts in October and still haven´t arrived. I messaged the customer service but since the merch store is down I don´t know if I will ever get my shirts. Is there a way to still get them or to get a refund?

Hey, the customer support from Brand Access who operated the shop should still be able to help you, we've never handled the support for that store ourselves as they were entirely operating it. But worst case if you don't get any answer from them, reach out to Paradox and we should be able to make sure they follow up.
