[OIB 1.9.6] Company still being able to build Trade Centers after Trade Rights Charter is Revoked

Description​

Playing as the French, gave my Schneider Company the Trade Rights. It keeps building Trading Center in Ile-de-France (which is due to another bug already reported) so I revoked its Trade Rights. However, it can still build trading centers. The problem went away when I revert back to the current version (1.9.5).

I suspect also the issue might happen to other additional industry charters.

Steps to reproduce​

Give company trade rights, and revoke the rights (not sure if it's specific to France, the Schneider Company, or if needs to already own trading centers, or if it only happens when the revocation happens when its actively building trading centers).

I have the same issue, but it's not limited to just trade centers, they also keep investing in industries they no longer have an industry charter for.
