Philetas Helenid
and the Oligarchs had secured a one seat majority of the Senate
to enact Lifetime Elections.
One of the first things to do with all this political power was to guard the merchant fleet
of the trading empire
because the Oligarchs are interested in business, their own business.
Second thing in mind was to build a bastion for the Hellenes
but for that Olbia required to slowdown on conquering all their neighbours and have some peace time. This will empower the Traditionalists, but the Bosporan League was worth the sacrifice.
Before achieving the Bosporan League, Philetas gave up some land to his oligarchs friends in the form of the league cities of Theodosía, Phanagoría and Tanáis. He also set out the tribal vassals of Budinia, Langobardia and Cercetia
The objective was to get as much money from commerce between Olbia's and the new states for Philetas's friends to get rich as soon as possible.
This strategy was not seen kindly by the Olbian people, and Philetas started to build forts and granaries in all provinces to contain unrest and keep people happy with enough food. The result of building granaries in the province of Olbia was an increased population growth due to stored food. Olbia province after 25 years had 84 POPs compared to 58. Philetas also founded the cities of Agrana in Clepia, Ippoláou Ákra in Borysthenia Minoris and Taphrós in Bospororanum.
However, after 25 years, the power of traditionalists was growing stronger and the oligarchs were now a minority in the Senate
One year before the elections Phileas at 77 years old decided to start a war
with the defensive league in the east to achieve major glory and treasury for its party and friends. But the truth was that Dropidas Apollodorid
, the party leader for the traditionalists, was going to be the next Archon and he would be able to set different objectives for Olbia.
Overall, the situation after Philetas was not good for Olbia, the war was very expensive and giving up the league cities had decreased the trade routes from nobles and citizens in Olbia. One good thing for Philetas was the push for granaries and other inventions that allowed the overall population of Olbia to grow more than 8% in 25 years without any conquest at all.

Olbia, beautiful Olbia. Now, the Bosporan League.
She started at war with maeotia, which was won after a regroupment of forces. After the war, Peace came to the land and new cities were built. Ports, flibraries and more were erected in the cities and forts were built in the mountain passes. After a few yers, Olbia and her League were once again at war, attacking the Sramatian tribes again. She wanted the strategic location in Abasgia and secure her western front, by removing risks. After a few years of fighting, the Bosporan League emerged victorious. She annexed the land of the tribes and built new forts, while others, now obsolete, were deleted. One again, peace came over the land in the north. This time, she would build even more. More cities, more ports, more everything. In between the two major wars, the Bosporan league reconquered the cities so foolishly given away years ago. In the start of 525 AUC we had unloyal heads of family and provinces turning towards becoming disloyalty with barbarians holding power in some border provinces.

While not our most pressing issue it was decided to deal with any rivals on the steppe at once to secure our future.

After about a year and a third the war was won and we had subjugated one of the last two powerfull horselords.

The only "issue" was that it was the perfect time to attack Thrace aswell so a choice was made to for now focus on Armenia and then turn west later.

Legia former allies of the sarmatians and the last strong scythian tribe allied with us to secure their sovereignty while we did it to secure more men for our wars.

I must admit i somewhat neglected building tall and mostly used gold to pay for mercenaries or moving slaves around to colonize northward. But nevertheless my 25 years made a clear mark upon our nation and took us from being a minor power on the edge of the euxine to the perhaps 4th strongest nation in the known world (after Maurya/Persia/Egypt).

The Bosporan League
had expanded greatly in the regions of Vistulia, Dacia, Moesia Inferior and Thrace in the last two decades. Its hunger for more territories was not abated and a the war with Armenia and the Persian Revolt allowed for more expansion in the Caucasian culture regions of Colchis, Cappadocia Pontica and Armenia:

The Democrats did do not control the Senate and the Oligarchs threatened to ally the Traditionalists to take over. However, Pantauchos Apollodorid
Governor of Thrace, was the best candidate to succeed Taurion Apollodorid
as ruler. Both were convinced democrats and their political actions made Democrats the most powerful party of the Senate when Pantauchos got in power :
But they did not have sufficient majority (only 43 seats). Hopefully the next ruler would be Dropidas Hippalid
Governor of Macedonia and also a convinced Democrat thanks to his statesmanship, family prestige and popularity

The democrat senate tried to give rights to all non integrated cultures. Protection against torture, Right of Intermarriage and Inheritance was given to increase happiness in all non Hellenic cultures. On this regard, Olbia was very advanced compared to other nations:

This is the tale of 25 years of the
Bosporan League Empire. Staring
Lysandros Bryxaid, the Megas Basileus with a task that went unfulfilled and for that many generations after him were disgraced and angry with his legate.
Lysandros was given one task, the unification of the Blood of the Achaemenids
, the blood of the Spartocids
, the blood of Antipatros
, the blood of Lysimachus
, and for that matter, any bloodline possible in the Empire royal family.
However, Lysandros was not interested in blood lines. He wanted to unite all the Hellenic population of Macedon under his rule and pursue the Hellenic dominion of the World. He died before he could accomplish his dream and Philon I Bryxaid
succeed him, for a foreseeable short reign due to his poor health.
They both failed to incorporate any of the bloodlines to the royal family, but they consacrated a sanctuary in Olbía to Philetas Kidemonas
