Old Man of the Mountain achievement - events not possible after expulsion

Description​

Once you declare the Seljuk ruler your rival, you can found the Assassins order, but then the ruler can expel you and erase the Assassins order. This makes it impossible to continue the Assassins story line as you can’t enter the realm to convert counties. Also, once he erases the Assassins, the action « expand the assassins order » is bugged and doesn’t click because there’s no existing order to expand. Additionally, if the ruler is deposed in the meantime, you can’t begin the revolution because you have to be in the nemesis ruler’s realm (and the ruler might not have a realm anymore) and have 5 counties in the nemesis ruler’s realm converted to Nizarism (but the ruler might not have 5 counties in his realm or might not have a realm at all anymore).

Steps to reproduce​

Play as Hassan Sabbah and proceed on Assassin’s path storyline, until you found the assassins and are expelled from the realm.

Extremely late, but I'm having this exact same issue and this is the only mention I can find of it anywhere. Still a bug as of June 4th 2025.
