You enter the astral rift expecting to find weird stuff and instead you end up in a circus, ...with even more weird and freakish performers.
I got some really weird elephant man vibes, and for a brief time I thought I was playing a completely different game. The campaign and the galaxy just vanished.

If you want to see the Horrific Inverse Mass event, defeat a Dimensional Horror (Elder One and Worm work) then do the unsafe thing every time with the leviathan parade opportunity and follow-up events.
