Only 2 provinces?

I can't figure this one out...I installed it fresh, uninstalled it, and reinstalled and still get the same issue. The game will not let me play anything and anything I select that it lets me play it just crashes on loading the map.

Reinstalled the entire game, no luck...and yes using the beta patch...same issue

Don't use the beta patch, use 2.2.1

I re downloaded everything but I think the culprit was the beta patch. I thought I had read on the download page 2.2.1.1....but it is just 2.2.1

Please actually be sure when you download the mod, so many times it is people not paying attention to the ck2 version they need to be running

last time i got something like this i had put it in the wrong folder, I had put it in the steam directory mods folder rather than the My documents ck2 mods folder.
