There is no PDX launcher folder in My Documents, and the game cannot be launched.

The launcher never makes folders in My Documents, only in the path you see in that message. I can't account for those odd characters we see there though.

Please try this:

- uninstall Paradox Launcher v2 from the Windows "Apps and features" utility, if still present.

Delete the following folders if still present:

- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

- exit the Steam app entirely
- run steam.exe as the Windows Admin user
- run the game from the PLAY button in Steam
OR
- exit the Epic app entirely
- run EpicGamesLauncher.exe as the Windows Admin user
- run the game from the Epic client

IF that doesn't help, in this folder are some .log files:
C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
Please attach them here.

I've tried all the methods you've mentioned, but the problem still appears.

In fact, if I manually install the latest version of the program, such as DirectX, Framework, and vc++, the game tends to run, but when I initialize Windows, it all disappears and this symptom repeats again

I found out that most VC3 users did not notice this symptom when they installed the game on Steam, and that the game was running without having to manually install separate programs like me.

If there is no program above, isn't it normal to install VC3 automatically? It's hard to see why this problem only occurs on my PC.

I have attached a .zip file according to the file path(C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/)

In addition, I mean that there was no launcher folder in 'My documents' (provided that all programs are manually installed as mentioned above, and that the launcher and game are running normally), so I'll correct it by saying that there was no "Paradox Interactive" folder in my documents. I'm sorry
(Reinstallation of the game did not affect symptom resolution)

In addition, I mean that there was no launcher folder in 'My documents'
And as I say, that is normal - no one has that. The launcher makes folders under C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/ only.

You appear to be talking about two separate problems. The error in your OP means the launcher has not started (and does not indicate a game problem as such), BUT the "DirectX, Framework, and vc++" error message only appears when the launcher is running fine but cannot start the game?

In any case those launcher logs you attach show no problem. Was there not a cpatch.log there?
