welp i ran outta water, wanted my self sustained colony to not perish. so yea i built enough evaporators at 1.1 to satisfy 115 water demand lol

Water vaporators work better if you space them out. they have a work radius around them for a reason. You probably could have gotten away with 1/3 that number if you just spaced them out.
 
i understand that but then you lose area, and have wasted space 1.1 vs 1.5 with them spaced out, i did the math this worked better :)

the spacing out is actually quite a bit, plus it doesn't look at aesthetically pleasing with all the space
