What does everyone think of this brigade/pseudo-division?
I think it's great, it's phase A infantry is great, it's tank tab is pretty good (even if it's all just Sherman's), and it's Air tab is great. The tank busters are also really good.

However, if I was to suggest changes, I feel that they could maybe do with another deck of Cmdo assaults? Just because if they're caught out in the open they die pretty quickly. So you can go from 4 squads to 1 pretty quickly. I also feel that maybe they could use a small deck of rifles in C?
 
i think its good as it is. more availability would just make it op imo. And the few times i played it i never really missed the AT , the tanks and awesome tankbusters makes up for this.
 
Great division but very situational. It's largely useless on some maps/lanes, but absolutely amazing on others. It's a joy to play in town/forest fights because you win with impunity.

their town and forest dominance only really last until you ran out of assault commando. Their elite infantry will lose to flamethrower and satchel as easily as everyone else.

ironically the canadian have more assault commandos (stormtroopers) than the actual commando brigade.
 
I wonder why they are the only division in the game with only 34 activation points. What about this hilariously situational division makes it deserve an inherent, tangible handicap like that?
 
But most of that income is in phase C, and I feel like the division doesn't really have a lot of units it could spend it on. Because it has too few slots.
I think 34 is alright given the amount of units you receive. The only things I would add (if we had 38 slots) would be more Centaurs and maybe a second Royal Marine deck.
 
Best economy in the game perhaps?

high income doesnt help you much if you have high price tags and bad availability. i faced this division now 2-3 in 1v1 rank games. never were able to overrun my opponents that quickly.

in 1v1 Phase A and B are the only important Phases, if u manage to hold more ground until Phase C all he can do is trying to Draw the game.
 
I try this division out in 1v1 ranked atm. It has some blatant weaknesses obviously but there are also some secret weapons people don't usually expect or are overlooking.
 
i think this deck might just be the most hilarious thing in this game

havent played them in 1v1 but in team battle they are quite strong

I had the opposite experience, i think it's pretty powerful in 1v1 but in team games its just hopeless, especially in open maps, if the enemy has phase a tanks stronger than the sherman DD then you're doomed, he can just make a blob of tanks and attack with that leaving you defenceless since you dont get any AT guns until phase C and in phase C it's already too late. Your artillery is basically worthless against other divisions and your air assets can be easily dealt with. I guess you can have success against infantry divisions but against panzer divisions you're toast. But since im a commando fanboy i will play it anyway...
