Summary

Opium War JE not working + treaty port not working

Description

When playing as Greater Qing the Opium war are triggered regulary when Greater Qing bans Opium.
Greater Qing loses the war against GB and obtains the treaty port + the enforced treaty.

Different scenarios don't work.

First scenario: In a diplomatic play, adding the return of the treaty port as a war goal is not possible. This is the case when I want to sway another country that is having a diplomatic play against GB or in case GB opens the diplomatic play against me.

Second scenario: I right click on Hong Kong and ask to return state, which start the diplomatic play with GB. In this case my primary war goal (returning the treaty port) is removed.

In both cases when the war starts the enforced treaty for the treaty port is removed. This treaty is not re-established after the war ends when GB wins the war. Effectively this means GB declares war on be to get for example Korea but loses access to the entire Qing market for Opium export. They keep however Hong Kong, which is then renamed to southern guangdong.

I just wanted to play Qing already the last time I played Victoria 3 around June/July 2024, and I had different bugs. Now Qing is bugged again. Its kind of frustrating..
