Hello, my friend. Welcome to Orsha in 1066th, winterfilled Orsha, 26th of December.

It's me, of Orsha, Trifon of Orsha! Tomorrow I will show you some my courtiers, but today I am alone, so i'm lucky to meet you. What's your name? Ok, is not so important, anyway i will forget.

Ok, these are only military advances, but look at me- I know only sword, shield and sometimes my horse! When here will be my very good advisers, so I hope things will be much more better.

You know, I like two sort of people- burghers and nobility, for them i'm just giving all the power on the land, peasants and clergs... first one in the fight goes wrong, but last one only beg for money... rrr... But if you want something a lot, so you have to pay.. I will pay for this some years till i get them loyal, but time use to run fast, so, don't worry..

Arrgh, so.. it is too late already... will you sleep with my horse in stables? I'm joking, i have some empty rooms, and tomorrow i really will have to think something superba!

Good morning my guest! MOORning!!! I told you, today my courtiers will be back, i don't know from where.. but actually i feel as looked at them first time in my life!!!

First one is very young still, second looks like thinks only about money and maybe too much and in wrong direction, the last one, Evdokia Vysheslavich looks will be one of my good advisors for now. But not more!

You know, i looked around and before years I saw in Tver one beauty, Vsesslava Andreievich! I will try to get her hand, you know- not in straight meaning, but.. yesss...

Christmas? Aargh... Yesterday i sent to Alexandrii of Tver to know, that I need my beauty at my court! Today while you slept, here arrived Zvenieslava Vasilievich, Grey Eminence! At that time I looked- was i not too hurry with Vseslava... Ok, then i will wait for answer from Tver and if there will be wrong answer, so i will have a plan "B"...
So, my court looks like this:

Hello, my friend, are you still here? The more i think about Vseslava and Zvenieslava, the more i feel, i have to think about something else! Yesterday I got a visit to my Liege, very good man. I'm devotedly loyal to him But this is not story about, you know, we will have new year with new plans, but i feel, i will have to be very good in my Liege's eyes not to loose Orsha... So yesterday he told to me, what we have and what can happen if will happen or will not happen something else. Here look:

Number 1 and Number 2: very wild Lithuanians and Yatvingians! Never met them, but Liege told, they are very strong and brave! And above this- they are as one- alliance! Only very clever or with additional men power we would be able to protect our lands from them. So he told. I don't know, If they will come, I will go!
Number 3: Republic of Vyatichs! Also not from our blessed Orthodox religion... Hopefully they will fight for something else and won't come here...
Number 4: aargh, Zemgaliens and Lettigaliens, wondering that they are not as one, but in alliance. Or do you think alliance is something more than Liege and vassal? I will be as good vassal as possible...
Number 5- Livonia and tribe of Ests! Another quite friendly tribes by themselves...
Liege said, hopefully we will live long life in peace.. more or less. Or we had to.. So my friend, future looks bright and hopefully we will met each other then after year! Yeah, tomorrow i will send you to .. wherever you want...? :rofl:

Hello, my friend! Year is over and you are here! How are you? Ok, don't tell, i will forget it anyway But you probably don't know how this year was for the Great Silent Hero Trifon of Orsha?

on 7th of January my Liege gave a West Dvina count title to his son Davyd Rurikovich. Looks he very tough.

Then two days later count of Pinsk asked to marry my courtier Vasilisa. Of course, I allowed because she was not busy at my court, so, let she is happy now, maybe. Looks like everything is ok, she is now waiting for baby. Do you want baby?

on 17th of January we have now count of Minsk My Liege put there his son Boris Rurikovich. He soon will be father too, but that is not important.

And then happened thing I was afraid the most- on 26th of January Iurii count of Vladimir Volinsky was looking on my clever all and all chancelor Zvenislava! I spoked to Zvenislava and she saddly agreed that I descline this one. For some month we had not so good relations, but now it is again fine.

Next day Davyd from West Dvina would take off my spy master Evdokia!!! With this girl was again hard talk and was the same situation what the day before yesterday. I desclined.

12th February. Velikiye Luki gets countess Uliana Vsevolodovich. Ahg, not a big thing. Didn't send her congratulations too...

1st of April. Lithuanians Aukshayts start build something- named "forestry". Don't know what it is, I don't have such thing, has to ask Liege to explain me.

14th of April, at MY borders there appears soldiers!!! WAR!!! Thankfully- Principality of Pereyaslavl goes very far somewhere to northeast, Bjarmia. I have no imagine, but isn't there a year to go by feet?!

21st of April. Again not my deal actually, Lieges brother from Kiev goes to help his relative with Bjurbjarbjormia or whatever it call.

Yeah, 30th of May, 1067! I will have heir! Maybe...

5th of June. Noble warrior arrives and took from me some gold... very hardly gained gold..

and on 22nd all my earnings till this time has been lost.

But from other hand i have now full my court. Maybe they could send me better monk, but as they know that i'm not too happy about this kind of people, so.. will be ok.. maybe

Then I was just looking, how much left for Lithuanians with their invention- forestry, asked Liege to tell about Kiev with Pereyeslavl war against those northern tribes. He just said, that we have not so long time when our neighborhood will come to guest us...

Ekaterina Rostislavich!! She looks like my wife, just a little darker and younger. Hmmm... As i'm more walking through my country than sitting home, i removed my wife from any work, let she could all her time spend to thing what is the most important- begging, let she has a son

Oh, forgot to tell- my Liege is in Alliance with King of Poland! That makes feel much more safe.

But with advances something i don't understand as well. Actually- nothing wrong happened, but i let my advisors to look and spoke with friends and neighborly what they can help us with this one.

Hey, are you still here? :wacko: Ok, hopping to see you next year again.. I will get a heir.. maybe.. Lithuanians will get clear to come in guests or not. And Kiev with other Liege's brothers will fight somewhere far in the north-east. Bjarmia or whatever...

3rd year started and at my country there is not much changed.. what i can't say about neighborhood!

15th of January in early 1068. I gained a rival because I let Ekaterina to go visit Zaozerye her husband. I don't have imagine that she someday will return, but who knows. Maybe Domaslav exactly about this is mad on me, i don't know, this happened on one day, so.. i don't know...

Livonians marching to Velikie Luki straightly. I feel that Uliana Vsevolodovich, countess of Velikie Luki has not many chances against this tribe.

And from this year you will be enjoyed with 24th of February as me! I'm lucky, very lucky and happy. My treasure-pleasure gave me a son, Gleb of Orsha!!!

15th of March. Aargh, Republic of Vyatichs start sieging Smolensk! 1500 men are trying to get into Hillfort...

Domaslav was going to help his country, but his 560 men against this red Republic this time was to small. After the shock and running away he, my new rival for unknown reasons, on 20th of April went to Orsha not home! I'm surprised!

4th of May! From this time at least at my count there won't be... there will be.. ok, we discovered Ascetism! Is it usable for war or for what?! Anyway it is the first thing what my advisors got to county of Orsha!!! Ohrey!

10th of June, 1068. What a mistake from my neighborhood- Domaslav was too hurry to get in fight for Smolensk and again his 500 men will run from the battlefield. From Vyazma there comes some thousands other men, but this will be too late for Domaslav.. I don't know for what he is my rival, but i'm very disappointed with happening in Smolensk.

While I was looking, what my east are doing.. 14th of June was a hot day. Didn't notice while Velikie Luki got independence from Novgorod, but now they at war with.. guess whom- tribe of Livonia!!! They have only 200 men and Livonians 900, i feel I know who was the reason.

23rd of June. Smolensk is under 3600 men grand siege, Vyatichs looks very seriously taken this campaign!

21st of July. Smolensk is occupied. Looks like there will be one more unpleasant neighbor at gates of Orsha.

What my Liege thinks about this one... I don't know, what he is doing now, Lithuanians finished this "fostery" making, but my Liege is waiting for something. So I will do the same!

7th of August. Tribe of Livonia sieges Velikie Luki.

30th of August. My good mate mashall of Orsha- Vasilii selebrated his 52nd birthdate... and at the glass of wine told- Trifon, ser, i'm getting old! I said- we all are getting older, so don't bother! But looks like he said it seriously and dropped some stats a little bit. Mda...

7th of September, 1068th. Uliana got peace with tribe of Livonia! Livonians just got boring to siege Velikie Luki and went home... they were too few... thankfully...

End of September in 1068. Still going battles in Moskovy and Smolensk. Province of Vladimir was occupied by Republic of Vyatichs. Thousands of men going to capture Moskovy.

On November I got news that regiment of Zaozerye is at Velikie Luki. Maybe Ekaterina send us something.. haven't heard of her from the start of year.

13th of December, 1068. Moskovy is occupied by Principality of Pereyaslavl. Maybe they will finish to disturb Orsha and get some peace?

1st of January, 1069. Regiment of Zaozerye is in Orsha. They can't tell me, where they goes, but i got to know that Ekaterina expecting baby. What a nice thing!

But now i have to visit Liege... New year started with no imagine how will last this war in east and where goes Zaozerye...

7th of January, 1069. My good and talented Liege gave a land to his another son- Gleb Rurikovich.

26th of January. Nobles now can be much more happier- Divine Rights discovered in Orsha.

14th of February, days before my son's birthday we got a news of another expecting child.. oh, my pleasure-treasure Vseslava!

County of Czersk, last place where we got some news from Zaozerye regiment... still don't know- where do they go??! But I know, that my Liege and count of Czersk now are rivals!!!

30th of May, large amount of men are now at liberating of Smolensk, looks like Republic of Vyatichs are hurt and down a little! on 15th of June it is done, almost a year, from 21st of July last year this province was under strangers pressure, but now it is again free!!!

July of 9th my Liege got some knowledge about fostery! They are building now, soon I could see, is it that worth or not!

Do you remember regiment of Zaozerye? They went somewhere nobody knows- where! 23rd of september at my court I saddenly met.. guess WHAT!? Ekaterina!!! And his husband Lev Iziaslavich and daughter, forgot her name.. names are hard to remember.. always... So I spoke to her and put in stewardess place again, she and me and I hope everybody in my court feel so happy!!! What a surprise.. but what was the reason to come home...

And then happened something really unrealistic!

Republic of Vyatichs got new ruler and all the world forgot, that Principality of Pereyaslavl had 4 (!!!) of 7 republic's provinces under pressure. Now everything was forgot and that was incredible...

1st of November. Ekaterina and Vseslava with waiting babies both was so friendly chatting and other things, I have about this only happiness.

2nd of November. Annual Sailing in Orsha. Each day I'm getting more profitable!

11th of November. Oh, Vseslava brought me a nice little daughter, Elisaveta of Orsha!

But about war in east side of Orsha... Principality of Pereyaslavl got new ruler too at 1st of December.

8th of December. Orsha gets Advance on Business Contracts! Hurey!!!

So it was in last year, my dear. But this about occupation and deocupation i'm not sure what happened... Anyway tomorrow again have to visit my clever and nice Liege.. However 3 years without war already lived! But what will bring year of 1070th??!

Waiting for something good is not the worst to do at all! After daily routine there in Orsha become new great news! I will be fourth time father!

25th of March. New Advances in Orsha, great. Minor Merchant Houses. I love merchants...

10th of April. Principality of Kiev gives war to great warriors of Mordavs. Last year they almost ban Pereyaslavl, but that unlucky death of their leader...

What does it mean??! Davyd, my good friend, who waits to become new Liege for me wants to improve relations? Interesting.. I have nothing against!

Oh, my goodness! The first enemy for Trifon of Orsha was not Lithuanians, red republic of Vyatichs or Davyd! No! It is now DysenteriaLand called outside our walls... What a shame! Have to learn own people to wash hands etc... what a shame...

30th of June.. Lev and Ekaterina will get another baby.. they try to keep with me, Trifon of Orsha... at least something good in these dirty days...

This is already 8th year in our county of Orsha... and a round year when everybody calling me- the Trifon of Dysenterialand...

Ekaterina is doing good her job.. I have many reasons to reward her... one job she does not so good- Lev, her husband is from some reason angry on me and his loyality drops lower and lower... what can it be?

I am so proud about myself and Vseslava, my pleasure-treasure... at least some good things this year...

in the middle of year just wondering- what if our neighborhood want to visit us... It would be the catastrophe for Dysenterialand...

So it ends, this year of 1074. Kiev has conflicts inside, Chernigov got back to home, Pereyaslavl may be soon will end this long war with at start Vyatichs and then Mordvins... I'm happy to see Pereyaslavl whole and strong... Maybe...
