Hi!

So, Crusader Kings II has been acting weird. I've done four or five uninstall-reinstalls and clean reinstalls to try and solve this problem. I'm on Mojave, and CK2 has been fine on it before (Holy Fury up until Great Works update patch that added Hagia Sophia). Any game I try to start or load under the Byzantine empire comes up as a 'BROKEN SAVEGAME'. Catholic and Muslim rulers I've had no issue with, and I have not noticed the issue with Pagan rulers. When I try to start a new game in the Byzantine empire it immediately crashes to desktop with no error message or nothing.

Any idea what's going on? I disabled iCloud as well, which some people have recommended on Steam support because it pokes into the Documents folder.
