I'm running several other mods (specifically, generational inbreeding, and a set of mods (which add traits to heirs, among other things), which as far as I can tell aren't listing on the paradox forums), but they don't work with AGOT enabled. I've played non-GOT games with the heir trait mods and have never had issues, and if I disable GOT and start a new game, all the other mods work. The inbreeding mod specifically states that it works with GOT, and I've used the heir trait mods with other overhaul mods without issue before. I'm not really sure what the problem is here (although it's probably something really dumb on my part), but does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this issue?
