ottmans lose privilege "Establish Religious Schools" after mission "The Cradle of Civilization"

Description​

When enacting mission "The Cradle of Civilization" as ottmans, one loses availabily of the ulema privilege "Establish Religious Schools".

Most probably it is not intendet, because it is negative reward. Probably you should lose the other ulema privilege ("Grant local Residence to Scholar") since you get the priveleges bonus after the mission anyways.

Steps to reproduce​

finish the ottoman mission "The Cradle of Civilization" and check that you lost the ulema privelege availability.
