Ottoman Empire Strategy

Hi, I'm kinda new to the game, and I wanted to start a game as the Ottoman Empire. Can anyone suggest a certain strategy I should follow?


Also, what do I do with the excess amount of troops I start out with, who do I attack first, etc?
