out of sync error with friend on multiplayer game

Description​

Can start a new game, maybe play for 30 minutes then have a desync error, and issue with persist within 5 seconds of rejoining/restarting/reloading the game. Game messed up and did not produce a save fail either.

anyone know how long these usually take to get anyone to even look at them or acknowledge the issue? Would like to play this with a friend but can't if the game desyncs every 30 minutes after a new game and every 3 seconds after the first desync.
