out-of-sync in multiplayer for joining players

Description​

After ~20 years in-game joining players experience out-of-sync issues.

Clearing cashe, veryfing game files and restarting computer does not solve the issue. After re-hosting said game out-of-sync reoccurs after around 8 days.

Playing with or without mods and on speed 2 (slow) does not seem to be of relevance. Attached are logs of host and player without mods, as per your requirements.

out-of-sync occurs even without anyone interacting with game via keyboard or mouse, it just happens without any player input, like browsing windows etc.

Issue occured on 5 different games, always around ~20 years of in-game play. game played on speed 2(slow), sometimes 1(very_slow)

start a game and wait.
load an attached saved game and try waiting for 1 month.
