The editor is here already it just needs more functions and options but is the same you use to create maps and it can be used to modify and create assets:
choose an asset from the add object menu (it have a white house as icon),
then select it and another menu will appear on the right side:
in this menu go to the very bottom and clic on 'duplicate' the game will create a new asset that can be modified.
Once you're done you can save it and it will appear in C:\Users\*YourName*\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order called "Streaming Data"
Here is where you will find all yours custom assets and from this folder they will be automatically loaded into the game.
To use others customs assets you can share it and plop it there manually or use the APM (Asset Packs Manager) a mod made by Konsi that help us to install and use others custom assets (the one that actually made you use my asset).
You can join the discussion, ask for tips and helps and find out others custom assets on the official CS2 Mods Discord (https://discord.gg/Fqnuh59n) here - - > https://discord.com/channels/1024242828114673724/1230516872102019083

What bounses does this have over the large carpark? I feel like the Large carpark from the vanilla game is better value, but I like the look of this one. It's only because of the econ 2.0 update the expenses vs income matter, more parking capacity.

The advantage is that it takes up less space.
