Type: Gameplay
Version: 1.03b
Reproducibility and steps to reproduce: Have the defender in a overthrow_ruler war defeated by someone else with a claim or depose_liege CB.
Description: If the defender in a "War against the Tyranny of $DEFENDER$" dies/is deposed the new titleholder will continue the war. This seems to be WAD in some circumstances, but it can lead to odd results when the defender is involved in multiple wars.
For example, King A tries to revoke Duke B's title, and Duke B goes to war. At the same time, Duke C attacks King A with a claim to the throne. Duke C wins, inheriting King A's title. Now Duke B is automatically at war with King C, even though they may have had great relations, and King C was not the one who tried to revoke Duke B's title.
It seems to me like there should be some provision for the war to end inconclusively in cases like this.
