Hello I bought the royal edition back in 2020 so I have base game and a few dlc unlocked on my steam where I pre purchased it but now I want to buy the bundle dlc but says I need to buy the base game but it's already in my library what can I do to fix this issue without re-buying the game with the bundles

What's the name of the bundle you're after? In Steam I see 'Starter Edition' and 'Collection'
I own all the starter edition as when I pre ordered the royal edition back in 2020 it came with all the free dlc so when I go to the collection one it says I have to rebuy all the dlc and game again

This is from the starter pack own the game and other dlc but price is still 65? Plus it shows dlc not even available to me

Well, you don't have to push the button you've circled. That screen gives you a choice of three purchase options. You want to get just one.
Can u explain this bundle than it doesn't make sense i own almost all this content but 3 items one for 30 another for 5 and one saying N/A for 64 dollars?

Well, if that's the whole list, then, yeah, that's what it looks like. Is that the Starter Edition? What does the Collection look like?
Generally, with bundles, you're buying what you don't already own at the listed price. They do go on sale.
thats just a typical steam notification, does not go away whether you buy the base game or not, it tells me the same thing
the ability to buy the game also remains, though steam will actually warn you that you already own it when you proceed to cart, and give you an option to gift it to a friend instead

I tested this already i bought the bundle and it charged me for the base game as well with the bundle even though I have owned the base game for 5 years now I had to request a refund on the base game
But I already own the base game for the past 5 years and have owned that dlc as well
This bundle has the base game marked off already un like the other bundle you can see the diffrence adding up the diffrence in bundles doesn't make sense the collection is the right price and has marked all my own content off while the other one seems to not mark the base game off

You should really contact Steam since it seems like an issue on their end.
