I'm playing as an Hibernicite (Christian) ruler of Britanny
Why do I get prestige drawback when I got Virtues Traits?
I've got Chaste and Humble traits and I'm getting -3 prestige monthly because "Pagans don't respect rulers with virtues"
but I'm a Christian lord, so why is that happening?

Look at your Civilization: you are not part of the "Christian" civilization.

Hibernicism in LI is much less Christian than IRL. People are still basically Pagan with some elements of Christology mixed up and making a shallow layer. It is more like Celtic traditional religion swallowing Christian influences than the other way around, as happened IRL. This approach is grounded on the fact that in LI, "Pagan" religions are not really intrinsically inferior to monotheistic ones, so the mix up of influences is likely to go this way.

Basically your people and vassals kept the equivalent of the historical pre-Christian Ethos and mentality. By the way you can find equivalents of that in history, although not with Hibernicism.
