I paid for a slave camp and it didn't appear in my capital. My primary title is Kingdom of Andalos while my capital is in Norvos, which I have the title of Kingdom of Norvos. Might it be because Andalos has slavery allowed and Norvos doesn't?

They moved slave camps to the palace , so don't know if you have access to the palace/republic house .
