I made the suggestion that this limitation be removed for the PC version accompanied by the warning that if you save more than 50 Godir cross-player interplay with console users may be unstable.
Very few players are p2p, and I suspect even fewer cross-play p2p. Restricting pantheon size for 98% of the player base to enable p2p cross-play is a terrible tradeoff and can anyway be addressed by a warning of the cross-play consequences rather than a prohibition.
PC players who actually care about p2p cross-play console pantheon compliance limitations can simply be warned not to exceed 50 stored godir when they go to save.
