I am curious how did the Ck2+ team make it so much more difficult for the pope to agree to grant claims. In vanilla, all it takes is a high opinion of the player and a negative opinion of the target (excommunication helps). Somehow in CK2+ it seems almost impossible. The pope has to love you and has to absolutely hate the target. For example, Pope Alex II has all the virtues and zealous. I consoled one duke to have all the seven deadly sins plus excommunicated and cynical. The pope said no deal until I added cynical.

So, I checked vanilla and the base reluctance minuses were 5, while the CK2+ were 8. I thought those were hardcoded and unchangeable. How and where can those be modified. Thanks.
