Paradox folks - if you're reading this, please allow us to assign custom conditions and scopes to the "flavorization" titles.

I'm not going to be able to port over my mod from CK2 without it

1. I need to make sure that the flavorization titles are only handed out to people with the correct conditions (either specified in the title itself, or referenced via a flag that I hand out by event)
2. I need to make sure that the flavorization titles reference the correct character/title. (I.e. if I give the title "dowager_duchess" to someone, I need to make sure it references their most recent husband's primary title).
