Ever since the newest update has come out, CK2 and EU4 will start to graphically mess up as shown in the video attached. There's no way to fix this other than hard shutting down my computer and booting it back up, I haven't changed anything with my computer either so it's not a hardware issue since both games have worked perfectly before. It starts to go into this mode for a second every once in a while then start to work again, but after a while it will be completely broken like in the video.

The newest update you refer to is patches for those games, or something else like Window or video driver?
If you have an nVidia video card make sure you run both games in borderless mode, not fullScreen.

I fixed the video, and I have a AMD GPU and other programs haven't been glitching like this.

Does this problem happen immediately you load the game, or at some later point while playing?
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
