Well, it's ok for those that know beforehand that they should buy expansions for V2 and Hoi3 immediately.
For others I expect the return for money comes from CK2 and EUIV which are fine standalone products without any dlcs.

I agree to the sentiment... it would be much better to package V2+AHD and Hoi3+SF instead of vanillas. There would be still one (two for HoI) expansion to sell later but the buyer would receive actually useful product instead of frustrating and/or slow mess by today's standards.

That's... not that great a deal considering that Vicky 2 and HoI3 are borderline unplayable without expansions.

23€ for CKII + EUIV ? I consider that a decent deal, actually, even without Victoria or HoI.

only im not just getting those, im getting two other games that are part of it without the expansions (not DLC, expansions) that makes them good games

the fact that patches are tied to those expansions as well

also, the whole HOI IV sorta negates the great use of getting vanilla HOI 3

How is getting 2 more games out of it worsening the deal ?

eu4 Vanilla and to a mus less degree ck2 are both workable games on their own, vanilla Vicky 2 and Vanilla HOI 3 are basicaly paying money for a Model t and expecting it to work like a 2016 ford

They are regularily 20€ combined on steam. I've seen the individual games for 7,5€ on GMG. It's a decent deal but not that great a deal either.
There has been better sales that didn't get their own official thread here.
