Does paradox have a support phone number? i have gotten the email with no reply back and im at the point where i wanna break my monitor cuz there next to impossible to get ahold of.

You either register the affected game and post in the Tech Support or Bug reports forum for that game, or log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com . They simply do not have the resources to man 24-hour phone lines to cater for their worldwide customer base.
