Paradox Launcher v2 setup error

Hey, i just bought CK III on Steam and i'm getting the error code 2755 when i'm trying to start the game, i guess it's the launcher that's installing later when i start playing the game.. I hope someone has an solution.. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit,

Windows installer error Error 2755 means that Windows cannot open the files or lacks the proper permissions. At what stage exactly are you getting that please?

Note that you can run ck3.exe directly from Windows Explorer, which bypasses the launcher.

windows security > options(gear in bottom left corner) > Protection history

click though the items in the list and allow them if they look like the launchers installer or CK3.exe :3

Ok, the error comes somewhere in the beginning of the Launcher installation, i have bypassed it by downloading the Paradox Launcher separately from steam, but i,ll keep looking into a solution for steam.

Edit. It seems like installing the Paradox Launcher separately from steam worked out, i can now play the game and the Launcher starts without problem.
