In the latest "Behind Europa Universalis" video Johan mentioned at the end (10:49) that he listens to podcast about what they are doing.

Im not aware of any podcasts about paradox games, do you know any or know what he might refer to?
The only thing I can think of are history podcast and long form video essays a la Rosencreutz.

I thought he meant youtubers and their videos about EU5.
Like Lord Lambert, Zlewik, Generalist Gaming and others.

I listen to the 3MA one, the patreon 3hour+ episodes as podcasts.

When it comes to videos, i listened to almost all covering Tinto Talks on youtube before the announcement.. I usually spend about 1 hour each day walking back and forth to the office, and then there is the dog walking as well.

Hmmm, then you must be running out of material soon :D

If you let youtubers/ streamers have access again, please consider including more people, like Marbozir and OneProudBavarian.

Cheers!
