Hello, I'm glad that you put on a sale for the summer!

However your store does not tell me what items I currently own on the sale page, despite being synced to Steam.
With a multitude of DLC for many games, this quickly becomes bothersome.

It would also be nice if you could feature an option to view all items in a list, or adjust how many items are displayed per page. At the moment I'd prefer scrolling down one continuous list of all items, rather than click "next" 16 consecutive times to flip through all the pages of the sale.

I am also really glad for the sale but I'm having real troubles.. I purchased europa universalis iv and it never appeared in my games or recent orders , even though I received the confirmation email.. An hour later I received a full refund.. This happened twice anyway I have opened a ticket because I am really looking forward to playing
 
I can't login to the paradox store, it says "Sorry, this does not match our records. Check your spelling and try again." when I try to purchase the goods in my cart. Do I have to wait longer before it accepts my account as I just finished linking everything today?

Clear your browser cache and delete all Paradox cookies. Then reset the password at https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/reset-password to use only standard Latin alphanumerics.

If still no good please lodge a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com

I noticed Paradox is doing a summer sale, as is the tradition.
Being logged into both the store & Steam simultaneously & having the accounts synched & whatnot, the store still doesn't tell me up front which games & DLCs are already in my Steam library. For convenience in using your store, please get around to resolving this issue. A filter to sort by owned items would work.

This bothers me each time I try to check out whether there are some items I want. Scanning 20 pages just drives me away... see Jastebro and Ankimo.

Still in the works, we know the store is less than ideal but corona kind of put a dent in all our plans ><. Early next year we should have more information about the store.

Just realized, you've said it in June 2019, not June 2021... there was no active Covid-19 pandemic at that time... it's thirty months, not six, no wonder it feels like six years ;)

Since we're logged in a filter for owned items (games, dlcs) should take not more time than thirty minutes to be implemented - unless the store has become a black box...
