Tracid, I'd be happy to do the layout of next issues if you wish. 
I have some experience working in a newspaper and in graphic design. Sadly I have no time to help do any writing in the tribune, though.
I have some experience working in a newspaper and in graphic design. Sadly I have no time to help do any writing in the tribune, though.
If you do not mind, I have a few suggestions about the formatting:
- Reduce the font size for body text. 12 point might even be too large for most fonts.
- Use larger margins. At very least have half inch margins, if not full inch.
- Use higher resolution images. Those for Lead and Gold were fine, but the screenshots for Rise of Prussia were blurry.
- Boldface is better than underlining for titles. In interviews, italics is better than underlining for the questions.
- Start a new page for each new section. It is unlikely that people are actually printing out the PDF, so do not worry about page length.
- Consider using a horizontal rule to separate ads at the bottom of the page. A background color (gray?) for vertical ads would help separate them from the articles
