Paratroopers

If i am not mistaken, "nylon" is the tech that makes paratroopers available. However in C.O.R.E. paratroopers do not appear (playing as usual, as sweden). Do i have to research other techs? If so which ones?

You need also the "paratrooper" tech from the Heavy-Aircraft Tree!

Luckily you're not playing with my techs hehehe! Nylon only gives you access to better weapons/equipment. You need, like pkunzipper says, to research stuff in Heavy Aircraft Tech and Air Doctrines to make the best use of your paratroops - plus airborne tanks if you can get them!

In CORE you also don't need nylon to start building paratrooper units - it's just the pre-requisite for more developed equipment...
