Paris Commune Mod v 1.01
The mod includes:
- A modified Paris Commune event sequence, creating an independant Commune which the French must fight
- Graphics and AI for the Commune
- A series of events covering possiblities such as a Communist takeover, integration into France, etc.
To install, just unzip into your Victoria directory. Overwrite the existing files when prompted.

The "Fall of the French Empire" event now triggers reliably.
France gets its capital back if it annexes the Commune immediately.
