Testing out C.O.R.E for the first time. And after Anschluss there are partisan problems in the old Austria parts of Deutschland, is this suppose to happen in C.O.R.E ?

Sounds like you are playing an old version of CORE 2. v 0.22 has solved that issue, as far as I am aware (was solved some time back, I think)
