Playing 1.08 as USSR. Having evicted the Axis from the middle east and north africa, there is a very strange thing happening with partisans. Where they are appearing in territory whose national owner is UK (e.g. Palestine region), I can't attack them! This means they have to be completely surrounded to stop them moving, and while air units can attack them, I can't re-occupy the provinces they take over. This seems to involve the partisan setting the owner of the province back to UK, and then revolting against that.

Bug? Anything I can do about it? WAD?

Maybe just updating the game is best? Playing on 1.12 and not experienced that.

To resolve it for that campaign, you can edit the save just so that you become the owner of the province
