Password reset for Paradox account doesn't work

Hello!

Since I managed to recover my forums account I'd like to ask how everyone else manages to reset their passwords.
I tried resetting my password for the regular Paradox account practically the entire day but to no avail.
Obviously the e-mail services I'm using are hated by the system (hotmail, GMX and t-online), so even creating a new
account with these doesn't work since I don't get the confirmation e-mail either. So neither recovery nor confirmation
of the e-mail address works for those three e-mail addresses. Can anyone help please?

Hotmail are notorious for blocking our automated emails, and not notifying the user of that. Please add these to your Hotmail whitelist:

noreply@paradoxplaza.com
noreply@paradox-interactive.com
noreply@paradoxinteractive.com

Then request another reset. If that doesn't work, lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com

Thanks, at least I can create a ticket now on the hotmail account.
Still, I'd like to recover my main account (GMX) but those three adresses
were already whitelisted and I still don't receive recovery mails.

Also: Replying to Mod posts on this forum give me a strange error message as in "spam-like content" etc.
