Patch 1.07 - some problems

Hy , I found out some problems that not let me play, I think they are serious...:
- every time that a message of "hire an Italian engineer" appears, the program goes failed.
- in general this kind of messages affect the program and sometimes it causes bad functioning
- Military maintainance expenses are too high compared to yearly income...it is not possible to play, you get immediately bankrupted

for #3, it is one of the new changes made by 1.07, just hire less soldiers!
