Patch 1.2 Install question

Do you need to install 1.1 first, or is it cumulative? I looked through every thread mentioning 1.2 that I could find, but not one word on this.

On Gamersgate the patches are listed as "1.01" and "1.02" are they just misnamed, or is this a different set of patches?

I don't even own EU:2 vanilla, (or Asian Chapters for that matter) so no. Definitely FtG.
