Do I need to install the 1.01 patch before adding the rev3 patch? Or are they bundled? If not bundled, is there an alternative download site? This one is being ridiculously slow as usual.

Figures... I have been trying to DL the patch for the last 6 hours... it keeps cutting off half way through... dont know why I keep wasting money on paradox games when all they do is release broken games and then can not even provide a reliable way to download the patches that fix them.
Try again, I've checked and I downloaded the patch in 7 minutes and the rev3 almost inmediately ...
