Patch from http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=11147315&postcount=7 overwrites config.eu and settings.cfg, so all custom settings can be lost.

Right, but this was already the case with the beta-patch. Kind of an unpleasant surprise that everything works automatically when you´ve set it on manual before.
