Patch v2.35 (BETA)

Well, it's been too long, but here is a little morsel for all the faithful!

CHANGE LOG:
- Only the original attacker and defender in a war may call in allies
- The scripted end date in Defines now correctly controls the end game dialog
- Army AI: Lifted some improvements from Victoria II
- Brought the engine up to date (should fix some crashes and make future patching easier)
- Fixed an issue with flags not generating properly in low resolution
