You can buy CK Complete on a CD
There is no CD-version of Deus Vult alone.
There are also other ways to pay at Gamersgate then through a Creditcard, check their site.
It shouldn't matter where your original CK came from, the DV download from GamersGate will still work.
I have EU3: Complete on CD and I downloaded the HttT expansion from GamersGate with no problem.
