Check the sticky threads in the General Discussion forum, there are a number of post patch fixes available for download as well.
 
Okay, looks like I was out of the loop for that one. :(

They did exist on the public board but have now been removed for further testing. They should be released shortly, although I think you can still get it on the roadtowar site. Keep in mind that it is not an official patch.
 
I think the first official "fix & Tweek" package will be available very soon.
 
HOI 1.05B

Three questions
1. Do the changes in 1.05B incorporate the various bug fixes that are referred to in this thread?
2. How can we install 1.05B? I downloaded and unzipped the file and got a bunch of folders. Do they simply replace the the HOI folders with the same name that existed after I installed the "official" 1.05?
3. Will saved games in 1.05 work after I install 1.05B? I know that I should not try saved games from earlier versions with 1.05.

1. Read the readme and crossreference. Until the bug list in the bugreporting forum is updated with the officical patch release, prob. 106.
2. Just make sure that you point it at the right directory and select the option to use the paths saved with the files which are usually found on the right of winzip window.
3. Unfortunately, with the changes in this pack yuo will need to start a new game to get all the changes. However, I usually copy my current installation folder 1.04 to another folder on my drive (reanme it) and play with that one and on my original folder installation, just upgrade that to 105, or in your case 105 to 105b
Earlier savegames wont work correctly after you upgrade.
 
To be a little clearer, unzip the patch directly into the HOI folder, then select overwrite when prompted.
