DL'd patch 1.002 but it says it can't find the game on my computer. What should I do?

My first thought would be to confirm that you have the right patch. Check the name of the publisher on your box - that determines which version you should be using. The Support forum gets this issue quite a bit so you may be able to find something there to tell you the version you need for your publisher. I can tell you that Strategy First published the NA version.
