Patches Help Please.

Ok I got the game and it does definitely have potential. Only problem is it keeps crashing to desktop. I tried what a friend said solves the crashing problem and dl the 1.02 patch the NA version. I live in Turkey but since my version is in english I figured I should go with the North American version. I dled it using flashget and I try to run setup and it says HOI does not exist in my computer when in actuality it is there.

You have the wrong version of the patch.

Who is the publisher of the version you have.
