Pausing With a Mouse

I have a five button mouse so that I can achieve most things with it.

However, it is very annoying having to reach for the keyboard in odrer to pause.

I even tried to use the "Define Command" option in the software and it doesn't work for pause for some reason.

Does anyone have a solution.

I would be very grateful to add this convenience.
