Tech that eliminates workers is broken

What is your game version?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Built first Fusion Reactor, but also had Eternal Fusion Breakthrough. Reactor is still requiring workers. Went back to a previous save and tried building reactor prior to researching tech, no change. Then researched Service Drones, same issue. Both techs should eliminate need for workers in buildings, but this is not happening.

Can you replicate the issue?
Research Eternal Fusion or Service Bots: check worker slots in associated buildings; they are still required.
